Meanwhile, Heidi Early of Early Bird Designs highlights the growing greetings card market’s reliance on a dependable postal service amidst rising postal costs and service unreliability. Publishers, represented by the Professional Publishers Association, also voiced concerns over the timeliness of their deliveries, crucial for maintaining subscriber bases.
