Sellers on eBay.com can expect additional competition due to a promotion on the eBay.co.uk website. eBay UK is running a 2-week, 50% off sale on the International Site Visibility listing upgrade beginning on Saturday. UK sellers who choose to use the upgrade will pay 15 pence instead of 30 pence.
