U.K. Stocks Decline, Led by RBS; Marks & Spencer Retreats (Bloomberg.com)

Aug. 13 (Bloomberg) — U.K. stocks fell, led by Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, after ING Groep NV, the biggest Dutch financial-services company, said second-quarter profit dropped 25 percent.
