LONDON, Aug 1 (Reuters) – The British government has
called in Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky’s takeover bid for
Royal Mail for closer scrutiny under the National Security and
Investment act, the BBC reported on Thursday.
Royal Mail’s owner International Distribution Services
agreed to 3.57 billion pound ($4.56 billion) takeover
by its largest shareholder in May.
