UPDATE:Miss. man makes most wanted, fugitives arrested (Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal)

U.S. Marshal Nehemiah Flowers, Jr., holds a photo of Elliott Evans Stamps of Jackson, who is now on the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted Fugitive list, during a news conference in Jackson, Thursday. Stamps is being pursued on kidnapping, armed robbery and aggravated assault charges.
