Uptowners slam East Harlem Post Office

AT LEAST the name isn’t deceiving. East Harlem’s Hell Gate postal station has a host of problems, including poor customer service, low staffing levels, racially charged comments and inconvenient 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours of operation, residents complained Tuesday to Community Board 11.
