U.S. Post Office issues kaleidoscope flower stamps

The U.S. Postal Service issued the kaleidoscope flowers 46-cent stamps today. The price of stamps goes up one cent on Jan. 27. The new set of four stamps shows the same graphic flower design, with each stamp featuring one of four different color combinations.
