The U.S. Postal Services commemorative winter holiday stamps have again been printed on paper manufactured at the NewPage mill in Stevens Point. It is the sixth time the Postal Service has used NewPage paper for the limited edition stamps. The stamps were produced with OptiPrime Stamp facestock.
