U.S. Postal Service unveils new stamps (Dallas Morning News)

Those who attended a Black History Month program Feb. 17 at the Irving Arts Center received a sneak peek at the newest stamps to be issued by the U.S. Postal Service. Postmaster Nicholas Iarossi unveiled a poster showing the stamps that pay tribute to 12 civil rights pioneers.
