News-Times/Rachael Ruybalid – Residents of Utica gathered last week at the fire hall to hear Post Office Regional Manager Todd Case talk about the change in hours for their post office. As part of nationwide budget cuts, the Utica Post Office will be changed from an eight-hour office to six-hours.
