UVa Student Hopes eBay Bidder Will Pay his College Tuition (WCAV Charlottesville)

Online auction site eBay didn’t prove as successful as one University of Virginia student had hoped. Thirty-year-old Zack Ketz tried to use the site to get someone to foot the bill for his tuition.
