Veteran’s health care idea catching on (News 14 Carolina)

MONROE, N.C. — What started as a local idea is now a national movement to improve health care for American veterans. Korean War veteran Garland Denny, 77, is asking congressional leaders to consider a plan to help cover expenses through government-issued coins, stamps and bonds.
