The lease for the location of the post office in the village of Heuvelton is expiring soon and residents in the village are split on whether to move the post office or keep it where it is. Currently the post office space is leased from AmVets Post 1997 for $1,200 a month. Some village officials want to move the post office to the old Pickens General Store location in the heart of the village. …
