Wednesday afternoon, the RushShelby Energy office in Manilla officially became home to the 35th Village Post Office (VPO) in the United States. Following a few brief remarks by Dave Sheets of RushShelby and the U.S. Postal Service’s Manager of Post Office Operations Carmen Jennings, a ribbon cutting was held.
