VISTA: Beeping package is false alarm at FedEx Kinkos (North County Times)

VISTA —- A beeping package that caused Sheriff’s Department bomb and arson investigators to evacuate a FedEx Kinko’s store Wednesday turned out to be a false alarm, Sgt. Karen Stubkjaer said.
