All primary schools in Neath Port Talbot are shutting from Tuesday next week
Pupils in primary and special needs schools across the Neath Port Talbot county borough will be closing early for Christmas as the county continues to have one of the highest coronavirus case rates in Wales.
Schools will shut their doors from Tuesday, December 15 and move to distance learning. It means lessons will be delivered remotely to ensure pupils can continue to study until the end of term on Friday, December 18.
A council spokesman said:
This remains a school week and all staff and pupils are expected to respect it as such.
