Warren County asks provider for high-speed Internet, cable (The Northern Virginia Daily)

FRONT ROYAL — Warren County is lobbying Comcast to provide high-speed Internet and cable television in some rural parts of the locality. But a franchise agreement between the county, the town of Front Royal and Comcast may hinder those efforts.
