Wells Dam relicensing up to feds (The Wenatchee World)

EAST WENATCHEE — Douglas County PUD staffers put five years of work and their hope for a new license for Wells Dam on a FedEx truck Dec. 17. The truck contained the utility’s draft application — more than 50 pounds of documents — destined for federal regulators in Washington, D.C.
