What have Royal Mail said?

On their official website, Royal Mail say: “We deliver and collect your mail on most days of the year, including Saturdays. However, we don’t usually deliver or collect on public or local holidays. (Please note: Local holidays are subject to change).”

As a result, there will be no Royal Mail postal collections nor deliveries either today (April 7) or Monday (April 10). However, normal post will resume on Saturday (April 8) before returning to normal on Tuesday, April 11.
