William Thomas Royal, Jr., 63, of Nicholasville, Ky., died Monday at his home. He was a native of Owensboro, Ky., a Baptist by faith and was an Army veteran of the Viet Nam War. He had worked as a master technician for Freedom Dodge in Lexington.
