Wolverhampton battery recycling centre fire causes disruption

Roads were closed after a fire at a lithium battery recycling centre.

West Midlands Fire Service was called to the incident on Lincoln Street, in the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton, shortly after midnight.

There are not believed to be any casualties or injuries.

The fire service said Tremont Street had since reopened, although restrictions are still in place on Lincoln Street.
