A 64-year-old woman suffered a broken hip when she was hit by a car in a store car park.
The crash took place at 5.03pm on Thursday, December 5, in the Home Bargains car park, in Stockton. The 64-year-old was struck by a car and fell to the ground.
Cleveland Police confirmed the woman was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees for treatment and have now launched an investigation into the incident. A spokesperson said: “We are appealing for information or dashcam footage of a collision in which a female pedestrian sustained a broken hip.

“We would ask anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have captured it on their dashcam to contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number quoting ref 230538.”
