Woman’s art proves stamp-worthy (The Herald News)

An avid gardener, Ann Bonzani photographs the annuals and perennials that grow in the spacious garden of her New Lenox home to provide a steady stream of subjects to paint during winter. But earlier this year, Bonzani took paint to canvass to reproduce one flower from her garden, a gloriosa lily. The painting was picked to be in this year’s batch of stamps issued by Easter Seals.
