HAGERSTOWN, Md. — FedEx broke ground Tuesday for a 162,000-square-foot freight service center in Hagerstown. The center includes an additional 137 dock doors (increasing the total from 147 to 284). The facility will be four times larger than the existing center on Industry Drive in Hagerstown.
