Worsbrough Bridge won 5-1 at home to fellow top half side Maltby Main on Saturday to move into the NCEL Division One play-off places.
Maltby took the lead but Alex Kemp levelled then, in the second half, Josh Brown put Bridge in front and Connor Glavin netted a penalty.
Lloyd Smith added a late brace.
Worsbrough have won their last four and only lost one in 20, after not winning any of the first nine this season.
They are now up to fifth, the lowest play-off place, with 13 games left.
Wombwell Town had won 2-0 at home to Nostell MW on Friday.
Eddie Agnew and Liam Owen scored for Town who are second.
Athersley Rec lost 3-1 at leaders Horbury.
They have lost their last three and won one in 12.
They are 13th with 36 points from 28 games.
