WSU to host Duck Stamp art competition
Deseret News OGDEN — Weber State University will host the 2012 Federal Duck Stamp Art Competition on Sept. 28 and 29. The winning design will be made into the 2013-2014 Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp. The stamps are not valid for postage. |
