2 indicted in plot to steal $682,000 in stamps (The Capital)

BALTIMORE (AP) — A federal grand jury has indicted two men in a plot to steal more than $682,000 worth of stamps from the Postal Service. The grand jury indicted 54-year-old Marvin Foster of Rosedale and 23-year-old Kyle Mathias of Joppa on Tuesday.
