2nd arson suspected at former Waco post office

Waco fire marshals are investigating a second suspected arson at a former post office in two days. Firefighters were at 2400 Colonial Ave. about noon Friday to put out a small fire in the abandoned building, only two days after being called out on a similar blaze at the same location.
