MANATEE — In celebration of the April 30 release of “Stamps to the Rescue,” the new 44 cent first class postage stamp which promotes the benefits of pet adoptions from a shelter or rescue, several local post offices are teaming up with the Humane Society of Manatee County for the month of May.
