Aid delayed for Myanmar refugees (Louisville Courier-Journal)

Myanmar refugees resettling in Fort Wayne are waiting months to receive Medicaid, food stamps and other welfare benefits that used to take an average of two weeks to begin. Some advocates blame the problem on changes in the state’s welfare eligibility system.
