Analyst cuts eBay rating to ‘Sell’ (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

A Collins Stewart analyst downgraded eBay Inc. to “Sell” on Monday, saying the online auctioneer’s recent stock price appreciation is “excessive with no signs of fundamental improvements.”
