Appeals Court to Hear Oral Arguments in eBay Discrimination Lawsuit
An appeals court will hear oral arguments in a discrimination lawsuit against eBay originally filed in 2006. Former eBay employee Emmanuel Kepas filed an appeal after a lower court compelled arbitration, wherein the case was dismissed.
