Attorney who represented former gov.’s office tapped for top post (Boston Globe)

Gov. M. Jodi Rell has recommended an attorney who represented former Gov. John G. Rowland’s office during an impeachment scandal and a federal investigation to become the state’s next top federal prosecutor, a spokesman said Tuesday.
