Bay Biz Buzz: eBay shares rise on PayPal potential with Android

San Jose-based EBay’s shares had the second-biggest gain in the S&P 500 this morning, climbing 4.6 percent to $22.49.The company may make as much as $500 million in revenue by 2013 if its PayPal payment service is added to Google Inc.
