Bayh to propose renaming post office branch for Carson (The Indianapolis Star)

Sen Evan Bayh, D-Ind., announced today that he plans to introduce legislation next week renaming the Mapleton annex post office in Indianapolis to the Julia M. Carson Post Office, in honor of the late congresswoman.
