Maritza Vega, acting postmaster of the Richland Post Office, invites the community to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln, 16th president of the United States, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at the office at 1276 Harding Highway, Richland.
