Car burglaries, shoplifting on rise in Royal Palm, Wellington

On Oct. 28, sheriff’s deputies in Royal Palm Beach arrested three Wellington residents for breaking into more than a dozen cars in a neighborhood near Southern Boulevard and stealing whatever they could sell.
