Chester Post Office to be renamed in member of Lt. Louis Allen (Mid-Hudson News)

WASHINGTON – Congressman John Hall Tuesday introduced legislation to rename the U.S. Post Office Chester as the “1st Lieutenant Louis Allen Post Office.”
