Corner Brook man arrested after cigarettes arrive in the mail (The Western Star)

Dexter Allen, a 55-year-old Corner Brook man, was charged under the Excise Act after 114,200 cigarettes and 400 grams of loose tobacco were mailed to his residence from Montreal.
