Craigslist’s Newmark Says EBay Had Right to Data (Update3) (Bloomberg)

Dec. 11 (Bloomberg) — Craigslist Inc. co-founder Craig Newmark said EBay Inc. had a right to get confidential information about the classified-advertising Web site as part of its purchase of a minority stake in the company.
