East Stroudsburg’s post office expansion put on hold (Pocono Record)

The anemic U.S. economy is putting a crimp in the plans of one of this country’s venerable institutions. The U.S. Postal Service has put on hold a change of location request by the East Stroudsburg Post Office because of the economic meltdown.
