EBay, Gmarket’s Ku in Japan, Singapore Joint Venture (Update1)

EBay Inc. agreed to create a joint venture with Young Bae Ku, the founder of the company’s Gmarket business, to expand the unit’s online marketplaces in Japan and Singapore.
