eBay Inc. Completes Acquisition of Zong

eBay Inc. today announced it completed its previously announced acquisition of Zong, a leading provider of payments through mobile carrier billing. In accordance with the terms of the acquisition agreement announced on July 7, 2011, eBay acquired Zong for total consideration of approximately $240 million.
