eBay Increases Shipping Allowance in UK

eBay places restrictions on what online sellers can charge customers for shipping & handling in certain categories. Because Royal Mail is increasing postage rates this month, eBay UK has increased the "P&P" (postage and packaging) maximum limits on its site.
