eBay Lowers Minimum DSR Standards for Selling on the Site (AuctionBytes)

At some point between August 20 and October 21, eBay lowered the minimum standards sellers would be required to maintain in order to keep listing on the site. Top executive Lorrie Norrington told users in August that, as of November 1st, if they dipped below a 4.3 on any of the Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs), they would no longer be able to list on the site.
