EBay Must Face Claims It Cheated to Compete With Craigslist, Judge Rules

EBay Inc. (EBAY) lost a bid to avoid facing Craigslist Inc.’s fraud claims in California after a judge in San Francisco decided that a Delaware lawsuit eBay won against the online classified company didn’t rule out the case.
