eBay UK Says Fraudsters to Be Sentenced in January (AuctionBytes)

eBay said it welcomed the judgment of Snaresbrook Crown Court that will see eight people sentenced for selling counterfeit items on the eBay UK site. The group used an international network of criminals to open and maintain eBay accounts using a variety of false documentation, bank, credit card and contact details.
