EBay won’t allow auction to aid man charged with killing abortion doctor (Los Angeles Times)

Supporters hoped to raise money for Scott Roeder’s defense in the shooting of Dr. George Tiller. EBay says it bans “listings that promote or glorify violence, hate, racial or religious intolerance.” Online retailer EBay said Tuesday that it would block an auction planned to raise money for the man charged with killing Kansas abortion doctor George Tiller.
