Faux FedEx driver heads to trial (San Mateo Daily Journal)

A part-time mechanic who prosecutors say used a stolen FedEx jacket and keys to take two packages from a truck outside the Mollie Stone’s store in Burlingame waived his right to a speedy trial and is headed before a jury next year.
