FedEx Says Ground Drivers Are Properly Classified (Update2) (Bloomberg.com)

Jan. 10 (Bloomberg) — FedEx Corp. said it’s confident that FedEx Ground drivers are correctly classified as contractors and that the unit remains “fundamentally strong” in the face of adverse court and tax rulings.
